Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to sign up with zero risk. This policy spells out our money-back guarantee, how cancellation works, and the few situations where refunds don't apply, with no fine-print surprises.
Our principle
We'd always rather fix a problem than lose a customer over one. If something isn't right, tell us first. Most issues are sorted within a day. But if you simply decide we're not for you, the guarantee below makes leaving easy and fair.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy within your first 30 days as a paying customer, email us and we'll refund your first payment in full. No long forms, no awkward retention scripts, no "let me transfer you to a specialist." One email is enough.
The guarantee covers your first recurring plan payment. It applies once per customer and is intended for genuine first-time sign-ups, not repeated sign-up/refund cycles.
How to claim your refund
- Get in touch through our contact page, using the email address on your account, within 30 days of your first payment.
- Say you'd like to use the 30-day guarantee. You don't have to explain why, though if there's something we could've done better, we'd love to know.
- We confirm and process your refund (see timing below) and stop any further billing.
Cancelling at any time
- There's no contract. Cancel any time through our contact page.
- Your services continue until the end of the period you've already paid for, then recurring billing stops.
- You keep your domain, website content, brand assets and email account, and we hand over access to anything that's yours.
After the first 30 days (monthly plans)
Once the 30-day guarantee window has passed, monthly plans are not refunded for partial months. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing, and you keep the service through the end of the month you've paid for. We don't charge any exit or cancellation fee.
Annual plans
For annual (prepaid) plans cancelled mid-term after the guarantee window, we'll refund the unused full months remaining on a pro-rata basis, less any one-time work already delivered and any discount that was conditional on the annual commitment. We'll always show you the calculation before processing.
Add-ons & one-time work
One-time add-ons (such as a logo, an extra page, a migration, or a store setup) are non-refundable once work has begun, because the time and creative work are already spent. If you cancel a one-time add-on before we've started, it's refunded in full.
Third-party costs
Some costs are paid to third parties on your behalf and are outside our control, for example domain registration/renewal fees, paid email mailboxes, and advertising spend handed to ad platforms. These are non-refundable once incurred, since the money has already gone to the provider. We'll always make clear which costs are third-party before you commit to them.
Refund method & timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once approved, we process refunds promptly, typically within 5 to 10 business days, though your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show it on your statement.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund where the guarantee window has passed, where a refund is requested for third-party costs already incurred, where one-time work has already been delivered, or in cases of clear abuse of this policy (such as repeated sign-up-and-refund cycles). These exceptions don't affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, just ask through our contact page. We'd always rather sort it out than leave you unhappy.
